Nagisa identifies her as a penguin, because she’s an idiot, and Honoka admits to being stumped. Honoka encourages her not to give up, and then apparently she gives up because in the next scene everybody’s inside and observing the weird bird Hikari found. He assures her it’s fine, gives her some snowboarding advice, and leaves. Honoka skis over to her and helps her escape her snowy prison, and then Fujipi boards over to check on her. Specifically, out on the slopes, where we see a lot of familiar faces. It immediately hatches, revealing…Īnd on that note, the opening credits roll.Īs often happens, when the credits end we’re somewhere else. Hikari goes and picks up the egg, and notes that it’s warm. If you immediately guess that it’s the egg the Sage dropped, then you win zero points because that’s the most obvious thing in the world. While she’s out, she notices something glowing in the distance. Hikari heads out to get some supplies from the van, and also checks on Porun and Lulun, who are playing in the snow. Either way, nice hot food is going to sound appealing. When skiing goes badly, it’s the same except you also get dumped into piles of snow repeatedly. When skiing goes well, you’re going out to an icy mountainside and moving around fast enough to feel significant wind. They seem to be doing well, which isn’t surprising. Meanwhile, Akane and Hikari have set up shop at a ski lodge. As you can see, they have names, which puts them ahead of the previous movie villain. I present to you: Freezen and Frozen, your villains for this movie. In some vague place of ominousness, two beings sense something, and form into figures. The egg descends to Earth in a snowy forest, observed by all the animals. Therefore, he almost immediately dozes off and drops the egg. The Sage (which is the old guy) and the squirrel discuss how it’s really important that he not drop the egg. We begin in the sky, where an old guy is riding on the back of a flying squirrel and carrying an egg.

The full title of this movie is Eiga Futari wa Precure Max Heart 2: Yukizora no Tomodachi. I’m getting an earlier start last time and I’m not trying to cram everything into one post, so hopefully I won’t have any of the same problems I had last time that led to me staying up until hatred o'clock.
